Accreditation done for you
We get you accredited through PQS, a recognised health and safety accreditation scheme, with the membership fee included. Then we support you with any other accreditation a client asks for, like CHAS, SMAS or Constructionline, as many as you need.
Other schemes' membership fees are extra. Pro Max adds higher-level accreditations like CHAS Elite or Constructionline Gold.
We become your health and safety advisors
You get access to a competent person: someone who knows health and safety, on the end of the phone when you need them.

All prices +VAT. Pro and Pro Max include your PQS membership fee. Any other scheme's membership fee (such as CHAS, SMAS or Constructionline) is paid by you, directly to the scheme. Pro and Pro Max monthly options have a 12-month minimum term.
The 30-day guarantee Pro and Pro Max
If your account isn't set up and your accreditation in place within 30 days, you get your money back. You just need to do your part, such as signing documents and completing toolbox talks. Terms apply.

No. It's built for people who'd rather be on the tools, and you don't need to know the jargon. We set it up for you, and help is a phone call away. Day-to-day admin is easiest on a laptop. The on-site jobs work on a phone.
SafeGuard RAMS and SafeGuard are monthly with no contract, so you can cancel any time. Pro and Pro Max have a 12-month minimum. After the first year you can switch to monthly or stay annual. Either way, your data is yours: we'll export everything to you on request.
Yes. Staff get their own login to sign RAMS, policies and toolbox talks from their phone. You can see who's signed and who hasn't.
Yes. CHAS is the badge; SafeGuard keeps everything behind it in date and in one place. That covers RAMS for the next job, chemical (COSHH) assessments, training records and signed policies, ready for your renewal or when a site asks. On Pro, we also support any other accreditation a client asks for. On Pro Max, that includes higher-level ones like CHAS Elite. Your CHAS membership fee is still paid to CHAS.
SafeGuard RAMS and SafeGuard are monthly only. For Pro and Pro Max, paying upfront works out cheaper over the first year: £1,895 against £2,395 for Pro (setup plus 12 monthly payments), and £2,395 against £3,035 for Pro Max. Monthly spreads the cost if cash flow matters more. All prices +VAT.
