Cookie policy

This page explains what our website stores on your device and how you can control it. We only use analytics and advertising cookies if you say yes.

Last updated: 11 October 2026WSG Solutions Ltd, company no. 14008820

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how people use it. We also use similar technologies, like local storage, and this policy covers them too.

2.Your choice

When you first visit, a bar at the bottom of the page asks if you're happy for us to use analytics and advertising cookies. They stay off until you choose Accept, or switch them on in Settings. Reject is just as easy, and our website works the same either way. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

3.The cookies we use

We last checked our website on 11 October 2026. Until you say yes, the only cookie it sets is one strictly necessary security cookie from our hosting provider (_cfuvid), plus wsg_consent once you've made a choice. It doesn't save anything in your browser's local storage or session storage. You'll find the full list in the second table below.

Services our website uses

Some of our pages load content from other companies. When that happens, your browser connects to them and shares technical information such as your IP address. Apart from the security cookie set by our hosting network (_cfuvid), none of them sets cookies on our website.

Cookies our website can set

These are the cookies our website can set on your device. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you've said yes, and we delete them if you change your mind. Google and Meta may also use cookies on their own websites (such as IDE on doubleclick.net and fr on facebook.com) when advertising cookies are on. Those are covered by their own cookie policies.

Analytics and advertising

If you say yes, we use Google Analytics to see how people use our website, and Google Ads and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to check whether our adverts lead to enquiries, for example when you send a form or click to book a demo. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google's tags follow your choice. If you say no, these tags don't load at all. Google and Meta may process this data in the USA. Our privacy policy has more detail.

Other sites

When you book a demo, our booking page opens on Google Calendar, which uses its own cookies under Google's cookie policy. SafeGuard (safeguardportal.app) has its own cookie policy.

4.Managing cookies in your browser

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website works without analytics and advertising cookies.

5.Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if the cookies we use change, and show the date at the top.
